THE FALESIE DI DUINO NATURE RESERVE
A landscape of rare beauty featuring cliffs overlooking the sea.
We are talking about the Falesie, a 107 hectares nature reserve, founded in 1996. It extends along a strip of typical karst scenery immerse in rich biodiversity. It offers the opportunity to admire the beauty of the white rocky cliffs, that play a stunning contrast with the blue of the sea, and of the typical Mediterranean vegetation.
You can appreciate the natural park by taking a walk through the famous Rilke trail, located right above the cliffs. It is possible to enjoy the Falesie also from below, with a canoe or a sup from the sea.
